• We offer runner service direct from our warehouse to your home within 5 days after purchase.
• Standard charge is RM25 throughout the Klang Valley area.

• Tracking numbers are emailed (Check Junk/Spam) once posted.
• All orders will be posted within 3 working days (Monday – Friday) via PosLaju / J&T and a tracking number will be emailed to you once it is made available.
• Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in PosLaju’s / J&T’s tracking system.
• If customers do not receive their order within 7 working days after receiving the tracking number ( Peninsular Malaysia) and 21 days (East Malaysia) via email from us, please contact portmeirionasia@gmail.com.
