Refund Policy

At Portmeirion Asia, our aim is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. 

We advised that you promptly inspect any item you receive from us, whether delivered to you or picked up in-store, to confirm they meet your expectations. This includes checking that the items are in good condition and match the description provided. 

If you receive any items that are damaged or if you find the goods to be faulty or defective, simply contact our Customer First Team via WhatsApp (013-3331735) within fourteen (14) working days of receipt.

Please provide the original receipt or invoice for the item when you request a return or exchange with our Customer First Team. For damaged or defective items, include a photo or video as proof.

We will arrange the return of damaged goods and offer either a replacement or a refund. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you, with all original packaging, accessories, and/or manuals. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
